Casa Zita Verde

This charming house is located in the bay and near the beach of Cala Llonga, a family friendly beach that is only 2 km (on foot about 25 min walk, by car you are there in 5 min) from the house. 
Cala Llonga is super centrally located to explore the island.
The town of Santa Eulalia, the golf course and the well-known Amante Beach Club are less than a 10-minute drive away. 
But also Ibiza town (20 min), Las Dalias and Akasha club (15 min), Santa Gertrudis (15min), the North (Benirras, Portinax, etc), the airport (30min) are all easy and quick to reach. 

Casa Zita Verde has recently been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort.
In terms of design, the inspiration comes from the green environment. 
Its charming character comes from earth tones, wooden elements and comfortable cushions. 
The house is located at the highest point of the Valverde urbanization, in a quiet cul-de-sac where three beautiful hiking trails start. From the 2 large terraces you have a phenomenal view! From the top terrace you can see the sea.

A staircase leads through the entrance to the ground floor of the house. Upon entering you have a nice dining room with robust table and an Ibiza style open kitchen with bar. To the right is a toilet with next to it the stairs that take you to the upper part with bedrooms and bathrooms. To the left is the living room which is equipped with a beautiful brick TV cabinet with surround system and relaxing sofa. The wood-burning fireplace provides extra atmosphere and cosiness in the winter period. The sliding window gives direct access to the terrace, equipped with a lounge set and dining table for 6 people.  There is a gas BBQ provided. 
Next to the terrace is the swimming pool (4x2.5) with several lounge sunbeds. The fence and the plants around the pool provide the necessary privacy. 
Via an external staircase you have direct access to the second large terrace with large lounge, sunbeds and a beautiful distant sea view. The 3 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with shower are located on the top floor. In one of those bedrooms, the beds can be pushed apart and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace with hot and cold water for an invigorating shower with a beautiful view. All beds have box spring mattresses with a topper on top. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned

In addition to the private pool, you can also enjoy swimming in the large communal pool (25m x 10m). After your swim, enjoy a tasty bite to eat or a cocktail at the poolside bar/restaurant. Both are just a 5 minute walk from the house.
