Speaking of great villas... this is one! This luxurious, detached villa with lots of privacy is wonderfully quiet on the edge of the town of Cala Llonga and 1500 m from the beach, with a beautiful view of the green hills and Cala Llonga. You don't actually have to leave the house to enjoy it. The comfortable villa has a very well-maintained interior. The holiday home offers a solar-heated, kidney-shaped swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1.20 - 2 m); very tasty in spring and autumn! There is an outdoor shower and a lovely sun terrace with sun beds. To complete the holiday feeling, there is an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, refrigerator and covered terrace with large dining area.

This holiday villa is built against a hill, therefore a round house from top to bottom. Entrance via a staircase. The spacious bedroom 1 offers a large double bed (1.80 x 2 m), ceiling fan and sliding doors to a covered terrace with a chaise longue and a beautiful view of Cala Llonga. There is a bathroom en suite, in the tower, with a large round bath, separate shower, toilet and door to the covered terrace. Downstairs you will find a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area by the fireplace, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dining area and sliding doors to the partly covered terrace. There is a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer combination. Separate toilet. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, ceiling fan and mosquito nets on the windows. There is a bathroom with small bath (with shower), separate shower and toilet. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Downstairs you reach bedroom 4 with a large double bed (1.80 x 2 m) via the outside terrace. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious bedroom 5 has two single beds and sliding doors to a terrace with seating and a view of Cala Llonga and the hills. The fourth bathroom en suite has a shower and fifth toilet. There are also duvets, a safe and air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. You will also find underfloor heating throughout the house with the exception of bedrooms 4 and 5. Parking is possible on site.

The holiday home is close to the sea. The wide sandy beach is located in a beautiful bay with a gently sloping sea, making it ideal for children. There are two nice chiringuitos on the beach for the necessary snacks and drinks. A little further on, it can also be a bit more luxurious in the hidden bay of Sol d'en Serra with the Beach Club Amante. The town of Santa Eularia (4 km) offers a lot of fun with a nice boulevard and its many restaurants. A little further but still close is Ibiza Town (12 km). Nice streets and cozy squares with terraces, boutiques, bars, restaurants and also a bit of culture in 'Dalt Villa'; the old town. You can also reach Ibiza town with a nice boat trip from Cala Llonga. For the more active, there is a tennis court at 800 m and a golf course at 3 km (Roca Llisa, 9 and 18 holes). Another nice outing is the hippie market Es Canar at 10 km. You will find a supermarket and bank in Cala Llonga.
