Our apartment is located against the hill from which you have a beautiful view of the bay of Cala Llonga. It is one of the 130 typical Spanish white apartments of Pueblo Esparragos. Each apartment is privately owned. It is a non-smoking and pet-free apartment. Our apartment has a tourist license.

The apartment has:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- a kitchen, including washing machine
- cozy living room
- terrace at the living room with table and chairs
- 1 balcony with sitting area off the bedroom
- TV (smart)
- own WIFI (park wifi not strong, scan the qr code on the router and you have a connection)
- 3x air conditioning (cold and warm air)

On the complex you will find:
- two pools (middle and bottom in the Pueblo)
- baby pool
- restaurant with a view
- two bars by the pools
- laundry service

Kitchen:

- Washing machine
- Refrigerator
- induction cooker

- Pans
- cups, plates, cutlery

- Blender

Outside:
The balcony off the bedroom has a seat with 2 lounge chairs and the terrace off the living room has a table and 4 chairs. On both balconies you have a beautiful view of the bay. In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise. Due to its location close to the sea, you can enjoy the wind in the shade of the balcony at high temperatures. Even when it is dark you can also enjoy the view; all the lights of Cala Llonga.

- Free parking space in front of the apartment.
- It is a non-smoking apartment (smoking is not allowed in the apartment)
- The apartment is located in a quiet and child-friendly environment.
- Noise pollution is not appreciated by local residents after 11:00 PM
- Swimming pool is open from 09:00-21:00

In the Cala Llonga cove (10 minutes walk) :

NB: use and treat everything with respect !!
The Spanish network is not designed for simultaneous use of the air conditioners, dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Keep this in mind.

With regard to Covid, we can indicate that there are currently no additional conditions applicable in Spain. As a result, our standard cancellation conditions apply. Only when traveling to Spain would no longer be possible due to Covid because Spain has been given the code color red, will we look at a suitable solution / alternative together.
