Newly renovated and modernly furnished first-line 2-room apartment with 2 bathrooms, located in the beautiful bay of Cala Llonga. From the terraces and the bedrooms you have an unobstructed view of the bay.

Our apartment is located in a small-scale building with only 4 apartments. Peace and quiet guaranteed, so no party people allowed in our apartment. The apartment is only accessible by stairs because it is lower than the road. So not suitable for people who have difficulty walking or are in a wheelchair.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and was stylishly decorated in Ibiza style. It features a living room and open kitchen with island/breakfast bar, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two "en suite" bathrooms. There are 2 terraces where you can relax or enjoy the breathtaking views. For people traveling with a baby there is a travel cot with mattress and a relax. Furthermore, the apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The beach, bars and restaurants of Cala Llonga are within walking distance (+/- 15 minutes walk by road or +/- 5 minutes by stairs).

We are Jurgen and Natalie and together with our two sons we have completely fallen in love with Ibiza and the nice vibe that it has. In 2020 we bought our first house near San Miquel.

In the summer of 2022 we bought the apartment in Cala Llonga and had it completely renovated and furnished in the typical Ibiza style. We left the beautiful view as it was :-)

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rates are based on a maximum of 4 people and do not include a deposit and cleaning costs. Rate includes the use of bed linen, towels and during the summer months also beach towels.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
