Newly renovated and modern furnished first line 2-room apartment with 2 bathrooms, located in the beautiful bay of Cala Llonga. From the terraces and the bedrooms you have an unobstructed view of the bay.

Our apartment is located in a small building with only 4 apartments. Rest guaranteed, so no party people allowed in our apartment. The apartment is only accessible via stairs, so not suitable for people with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and was stylishly furnished in Ibiza style. It features a living room and open kitchen with island / breakfast bar, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two "en suite" bathrooms. There are 2 terraces where you can relax or enjoy the breathtaking view. For people traveling with a baby, there is a travel cot with a mattress and a reclining chair.

The beach, bars and restaurants of Cala Llonga are within walking distance (+/- 15 minutes by road or +/- 5 minutes by stairs).

We are Jurgen and Natalie and together with our two sons we have completely fallen in love with Ibiza and the nice vibe that it has. In 2020 we bought our first house near San Miquel.

In the summer of 2022 we bought the apartment in Cala Llonga and had it completely renovated and furnished in the typical Ibiza style. We left the beautiful view as it was :-)

Explanation of prices

The rates are based on a maximum of 4 people and do not include deposit and cleaning costs. Rate includes the use of bed linen, towels and during the summer months also beach towels.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
