From the terrace of the house you can enjoy panoramic views of the northeastern part of the island with crops, mountains and even the sea in the distance. The house has a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a large room with two single beds and a comfortable living room, and a kitchen with the dining room open to the terrace. Outside we can enjoy the tranquility of the area under the pleasant hanging or also the barbecue

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Additional person: 18 €/night. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
