This studio holiday home has a bedroom with two single beds, integrated into a living room with satellite TV and a small equipped kitchen. The bathroom with shower is located next to the living area.

Outside, the private terrace offers an outdoor dining area and two sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the exceptional climate of Mogán.

About 50 meters away is the swimming pool with solarium, a space shared with the other houses on the estate, ideal for relaxing or taking a refreshing swim.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
