House located between palm groves and reed beds in the Barranco de Tirajana. The house, built with stone walls and a roof, is divided into two parts that communicate on the outside. 

In one part it has a double bedroom, a bathroom and living room with fireplace, stereo, TV and video. And in the other it has a double bedroom, a bathroom and the kitchen. Outside it has a large patio with barbecue, wood oven and appropriate furniture to enjoy the beautiful views of the palm grove. 

In the lower part there is a private pool with solarium and sun loungers

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Additional person: 34 €/night. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
