FINCA DEL NORTE HOLIDAY HOME IN ARUCAS
This beautiful detached finca is located near Arucas, in the green north of Gran Canaria. The finca is very attractively decorated and offers all the amenities you wish for a carefree holiday. Finca del Norte has a spacious terrace with bar and a private garden with heated private pool. With 280 m2, Finca del Norte is also ideal for family holidays. Do you want to go out? Finca del Norte is in an ideal location to explore the north of Gran Canaria. Within 10 minutes you can drive to the beaches on the north coast and in 15 minutes you are in the versatile capital Las Palmas, where you can completely immerse yourself in the history and culture of Gran Canaria. Here you will find, for example, the beautiful white sandy beach 'Las Canteras' and the historic district 'Vegueta'.
Closer to home you will find the old town of Arucas. The buildings in the city are seen as architectural masterpieces and reveal Arucas' rich history. The impressive parish church alone makes Arucas worth a visit, but other buildings will not disappoint during a city walk, such as 'Casa y Jardín de la Marquesa' (the house and garden of the Marquise) and the Rum Museum. You will also find attractive restaurants and a supermarket, bakery and ATM in Arucas. Don't forget to visit the quarry 'Piedras la Cantera' and the viewpoint 'Montaña de Arucas', which are about a 5-minute drive from the finca. A perfect end of day is swimming in the natural pools of 'El Altillo'.
LAYOUT FINCA DEL NORTE
Finca Del Norte is spacious and modern. In the large living room there is a sitting area with smart TV (with internet connection) and a dining area for 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, kettle and dishwasher. In the long hall opposite the living room, there are five bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. In addition, there are two bedrooms with two single beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom . There is also a separate bathroom and toilet. All five bathrooms have a toilet, sink and shower. The villa also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, there is wifi throughout the villa.
OUTSIDE AT FINCA DEL NORTE
From the villa you have a view of your own green private garden, which can be reached via a staircase from the living room. On the grass around the heated swimming pool (7x 3.5 m) there are several sunbeds and hammocks. Here you can enjoy the sun and fresh water for days, while looking out over the trees around the garden. Need shade? On the covered terrace you will find a lounge area with a large table. Here you can dine extensively, with snacks from the bbq grill and drinks from the bar. Finca del Norte has its own garage to park the car. A car is needed as Arucas is 15 min. drive from the finca is located.
On the north coast of Gran Canaria you will find the beaches Playa de El Puertillo and Playa de San Andres. These beaches can be reached within 10 minutes from Finca del Norte. These are rocky and sandy beaches, where you can often swim well despite the sometimes large waves, especially at the end of the afternoon. Showers are also available on the beaches. The beaches are mainly visited by locals and along the beaches there are restaurants and cafes, where you can order typical local (fish) dishes.

No fixed arrival or departure day.
If you stay in the villa with less than 10 people, a number of bedrooms will be closed. For example, if you stay in the villa with 6 people, two bedrooms will be closed. If you still want to use all bedrooms, a surcharge per room per day will be charged. Ask us for the amounts.
