Holiday home located in the area of La Suerte, in El Valle de Agaete, a place with a special charm on the island of Gran Canaria that is less than 5 kilometers from the coast.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room that communicates with the well-equipped kitchen and dining room. From the living room there is also access to a balcony-terrace from where we have spectacular views of the valley, from the upper part to the sea. On this same floor there is also a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor we have a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed and a bathroom with shower.
Outside we have, on the ground floor, a terrace with sun loungers and a barbecue area with dining area. And in the upper part is the heated swimming pool, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
