Holiday home located in the area of La Suerte, in El Valle de Agaete, a place with a special charm on the island of Gran Canaria that is less than 5 kilometres from the coast.
The house is distributed on two floors. We find a large living room on the ground floor that communicates with the well-equipped kitchen and dining room. From the living room, you can also access a balcony terrace from where we have spectacular views of the valley, from the top to the sea. On this same floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, we have a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside we have, on the ground floor, a terrace with sun loungers and a barbecue area with a dining area. And at the top is the heated pool, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
