Rural house located in Puntallana in the northeast of the beautiful island. A perfect starting point to enjoy the best hiking trails on La Palma.

Upon entering we find on the right the living room area with fireplace and satellite TV and on the left is the dining room and the kitchen, well equipped. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.

At the main entrance there is a cosy covered terrace and at the back is the barbecue area, covered and with a dining area. Outside it has garden areas as well as a solarium terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sunny days and the beautiful and quiet environment in which the house is located.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
