Villa Tropical

Villa Tropical is a spacious, attractive, bright villa with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the expansive surroundings of the Costa Tropical and the picturesque white town of Salobreña, built at the foot of the rock, on which towers the imposing Moorish castle that is idyllically lit at night. The villa owes its name to the beautiful tropical vegetation surrounding the villa. The villa is suitable for 6 people and there is room for 2 extra people, if the sofa bed is used.

On the ground floor of the villa is the spacious bright living room, consisting of a sitting area and a dining area. Adjacent to the living room is a semi open kitchen. The tasteful kitchen has been completely renovated this year and has all modern kitchen appliances. The master bedroom with a modern en suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace is also on this floor. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The two double bedrooms share a family bathroom. This floor has a spacious TV room with billiards for recreation and the sofa bed is in this room. From this floor there is access to the terrace with sunbeds and sitting area and the heated private infinity swimming pool (6.5 mx 3.5 m).
There is a large covered shaded area with a large table for all family activities, an outdoor kitchen with fridge and BBQ. On the upper floor is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer and access to a terrace with rotary dryer. The villa has 2 covered parking spaces next to the entrance to the villa's garden. The villa has WIFI and a Playstation 4 Pro. The villa has air conditioning and heating in every room. Villa Tropical is located on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The hillside recreation area is within walking distance. During the summer months, guests have free use of the communal tennis court, large swimming pool, children's pool, football pitch, children's playground and small eatery. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easily accessible. There are many things to see and do in the vicinity of this beautiful villa: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is also great for hiking, is less than a 75-minute drive away, so you can ski in the morning (December to December). April) and relax in the afternoon on the beach or by the pool. There is a golf course 10 minutes drive away which is right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby as well as the beautiful cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra palaces and Malaga with its historic center, cathedral and Picasso museum.Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of over 20 degrees C.
