This luxurious modern, recently built villa (2020) offers breathtaking views of the Costa Tropical and allows you to enjoy an atmosphere of refined, natural luxury. The spacious bright villa has a (heated) swimming pool, two terraces and a jacuzzi.
It has four bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people. There are two large bedrooms, making the villa suitable for sharing with two families.
Because this exclusive holiday home is located on top of the Monte de los Almendros hill, you have a panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea, golden beaches, green fields with tropical trees and the white picturesque town of Salobreña. Behind the house you can access the undeveloped part of the hill with beautiful walks through almond groves and fields of wild flowers and spectacular viewpoints making this villa the perfect choice for active nature lovers. The view from the terrace of the vast surrounding hilly landscape of southern Spain is magnificent and you will never get tired of the vivid panorama of everyday life. The villa is south facing, so you can enjoy the Spanish sun from sunrise to sunset. The villa has Fiber optic WIFI and international TV channels. Each room has heat / cold air conditioning, which can be regulated per room. There is a closed private car park for 4 cars.

Layout and facilities
The villa has 2 floors. At street level are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with luxurious en-suite bathrooms and rain showers. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with a luxurious bath and rain shower. All bedrooms have sliding doors to the terrace with sea views. In the morning you will be awakened by soft rays of the sun, which make the Mediterranean Sea sparkle seductively. On this floor there is an outdoor terrace with comfortable sun beds and a kitchen unit with refrigerator, so you can relax in the sun or read a book in peace while enjoying a chilled drink. Via a beautiful spiral staircase you descend to the spacious modern living floor. The house is tastefully decorated with contemporary furniture in natural style. The living room with an open modern white kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has a work island with bar stools so you can have a drink together while cooking and the living room has a large robust dining table in the center, perfect for a relaxed family meal. The entire facade is made up of large sliding glass doors, which offer you a great view over the terrace and swimming pool on the Mediterranean Sea that reaches to the horizon. In summer, indoors and outdoors merge and you can choose between sun and shade as you wish. On this floor you will also find a utility room with washing machine and dryer and a guest toilet. The second master bedroom with an open luxury modern bathroom with rain shower is also on this floor. The bedroom has sliding doors to the terrace with swimming pool.

Swimming pool and Jacuzzi
The elegant white-tiled swimming pool (3 x 10 m) seems to float in the air and melts into the Mediterranean horizon. After taking a refreshing dip, you can relax on one of the comfortable sun beds that line the pool and enjoy endless spectacular views of Andalusia's varied landscape. There is a luxury BBQ on the terrace, where you can roast freshly caught anchovies (boquerones) in the evening. At the dining table on the terrace you can enjoy local Mediterranean products and dishes, accompanied by excellent wines from the Calvente vineyard in the hinterland of the Costa Granada. Until deep into the tropical night you can relax in the luxurious sunken Jacuzzi and enjoy the romantically lit Moorish castle of Salobreña and the thousands of colored lights that sparkle in the dark below.

Recreation area Monte de los Almendros
Villa NOBRA is located on the beautiful hill of Monte de los Almendros, surrounded by other luxury villas. The communal recreation area is a 2-minute drive away. Guests can make free use of the tennis court, swimming pool, children's pool and small playground, a small football field and a simple restaurant (during the summer months), where a tasty paella is served every Sunday.

Location and tourist attractions
The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are easily accessible. If you fancy a day out there are many different things to see and do. The ski resort of the Sierra Nevada, where you can also enjoy hiking in the summer, is a 75-minute drive away. You can ski in the morning (from December to April) and sunbathe the same day on the beach or on your terrace. The 18-hole golf course, which is located directly on the beach, is a 10-minute drive. The picturesque whitewashed mountain villages of the Alpujarras are close by, as is the beautiful city of Granada with the world famous Alhambra Palace. Granada also has a state-of-the-art indoor shopping center, Nevada, with an extensive range of modern shops and a varied selection of bars and restaurants. The coastal city of Malaga has a beautifully renovated historic center with an imposing cathedral, the Picasso museum, nice restaurants and terraces, but also a vibrant modern shopping area.
