Villa La Perla offers an open parking space for two cars and a garden at street level. After descending a few steps, you enter the warm, modern living room that overlooks the beautiful terrace (160 square meters) with a heated infinity pool. Here you can relax for hours and enjoy "La Dolce Vita"!

The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the large living room. Large sliding glass doors take you to the outdoor dining area, covered with blinds if you wish. A gas barbecue is available. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner while overlooking the illuminated XII-century Moorish castle of Salobreña! This is a breathtaking view, day and night!

On the right side of the terrace you will find the heated infinity pool with salt water (10 x 3.5 m). The outdoor shower, warmed by the sun, will refresh you and the comfortable sun beds invite you to take a nap. Around the terrace, on a lower level, you will find fruit trees and flowering plants.

Do you want to see the sun rise while you wake up? This wonderful experience is guaranteed in all the bedrooms on the first level of Villa La Perla. There is a large bedroom (16 m2) with a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a private bathroom and a walk-in closet; two bedrooms (11m2) with two separate beds (0.90 mx 2 m) and a wardrobe in each room. It is possible to put the single beds together to create a king size bed (1.80 mx 2 m). These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom (13 m2) has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with a private bathroom and a wardrobe. All rooms are sunny and elegantly furnished. The bedrooms have electric shutters. The bathrooms are equipped with rain showers and underfloor heating. The temperature of the air conditioning can be set per room, so everything has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

On the ground floor there is a games room with an additional TV (50 inch). You can watch television both via satellite and via the Internet. The sofa can be turned into a bed for two people. Here you will also find a football table.

Villa La Perla is located on the very beautiful hillside urbanization Monte de los Almendros. In the communal area of ​​this urbanization is a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a tennis court, a soccer field, a playground and a snack bar during the summer months. Guests can use these facilities for free.
The beaches, restaurants and shops of Salobreña can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Salobreña enjoys a unique location between the mountains of the Sierra Nevada and the sea, and benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of more than 20 degrees. If you like skiing, the Sierra Nevada offers everything you want in a ski resort. The Sierra Nevada is only 75 minutes from the villa.
