La Casita Nueva

La Casita Nueva is located in the heart of Monte los Almendros (Almond Mountain), near the charming village of Salobreña and offers stunning sea views from its terrace, jacuzzi and heated infinity pool. Malaga airport is only an hour's drive away.

This modern three-bedroom holiday home offers all the facilities you need and is a short walk from the excellent communal leisure facilities. The views from the south-facing terraces, the living room and the master bedroom over Salobreña and the Mediterranean Sea are breathtaking. The house is located in a quiet street and can be reached from the rear via another small street. La Casita Nueva is just a 10-minute drive from the beach, making it an ideal location to rest and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Exceptional for a home on a mountain, the entire living space is built on one level, as is the terrace and pool, meaning you can seamlessly switch between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The living room has two large sliding doors overlooking the terrace, pool and glistening Mediterranean Sea that facilitate movement between the spaces. The compact open kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including an induction hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also fast Wi-Fi via the fiber optic connection, smart LED TV and audio system (Sonos).

On the terrace off the living room is a covered area for the gas barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture and sun loungers for outdoor dining and living. There are three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. One has a bath with shower, the other two have a shower. The master bedroom bathroom has a rain shower. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and come with double beds. There are hairdryers in every bathroom. There is central air conditioning with heating and cooling, so the indoor temperature always remains comfortable. To the left of the house is a small tropical garden with a palm tree and some fruit trees such as lemons and oranges. On the terrace you can enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea while having an outdoor shower in the sun. In the evening, this garden is beautifully lit. La Casita Nueva can accommodate up to six people (ideally 4 adults + 2 children). A car is essential and there are two parking spaces at the rear by the entrance gate as well as a garage for one car on the main street.

La Casita Nueva is located in the beautiful hillside community of Monte de los Almendros. The communal leisure area is within walking distance and guests can use the communal tennis court, paddle tennis court, football pitch and playground free of charge. The large communal swimming pool, children's pool and a small snack bar are also open during the summer months. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes away by car. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almería are easily accessible.

If you can break away from this beautiful villa, there is plenty to see and do: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which also offers beautiful walks, is less than 75 minutes away by car, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and relax on the beach or by the pool in the afternoon. There is a golf course ten minutes away by car, right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as well as the beautiful cities of Granada with the world-famous Alhambra and Malaga with its historic centre, cathedral and the Picasso Museum.

Salobreña enjoys a subtropical microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of over 20 degrees C.
