This beautiful, modern villa with private heated infinity pool and jacuzzi has everything for an unforgettable holiday on the sunny Costa Tropical. The villa faces south, so you can enjoy the Spanish sun from sunrise to sunset. From the terrace you have a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, the Sierra Nevada mountains with snow-capped peaks in winter and the picturesque town of Salobreña with the 13th century Moorish castle built on the rock, which is illuminated at night.

Villa Blanca has 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor. 1 bedroom has a king size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and an adjacent bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have the option for an extra bed. All bedrooms have sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the terrace with swimming pool. The master bedroom with king size bed and adjacent bathroom with bathtub are on the first floor. Sliding glass doors give access to your own private terrace with phenomenal views. The bathrooms are beautifully designed and all have a relaxing rain shower. In all bedrooms you can enjoy the sunrise and the magnificent view. In total, Villa Blanca offers sleeping space for 10 people (not including small children in camping beds).

The spacious bright living room has sliding glass doors that provide access to the terrace with swimming pool. The comfortable seating area and sun beds allow you to relax for hours and enjoy the beautiful view. The infinity swimming pool offers cooling from the Spanish sun. The modern open kitchen, which is well equipped, is equipped with all modern appliances. You can prepare delicious Spanish dishes here, where you can roast fresh fish on the gas barbecue. You are guaranteed to spend hours at the cozy dining table on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful views and the fine Spanish wines. After a sunny day it is wonderful to relax in the jacuzzi. You will never get tired of the phenomenal view.

All rooms in villa Blanca have air conditioning (hot/cold). The villa has WIFI and satellite TV with a large number of European and international channels. Washing machine and dryer are available.

There is ample parking space in front of the villa.

Villa Blanca is built on the beautiful hill of Monte de los Almendros. The communal recreation area with tennis court, swimming pool, paddling pool, playing field and small eatery (during the summer months) are within walking distance.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are easily accessible. If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, there are many things to see and do in the area: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, where you can also enjoy beautiful walks, is less than 75 minutes drive away, so you can -You can ski in the morning (from December to April) and in the afternoon you can enjoy the beach or your swimming pool. The 18-hole golf course, which is located on the beach, is a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages in the Alpujarras are in the vicinity of the villa, as are the beautiful historic cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra Palace and Malaga with its historic city center, cathedral and Picasso museum.

Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of more than 20°C.
