Villa El Pino

Villa El Pino is a beautiful and spacious Spanish style villa, located in the upper part of the urbanization “El Monte de los Almendros” and has breathtaking views.

On entering the villa you are greeted by a large sea view terrace. On the right there is an open parking space, where you can park at least one car and at least one more car can be parked in the closed garage.

As soon as you enter the villa you get a feeling of space. The high ceilings with wooden beams, the large living room and the light coming through the large windows create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room has a built-in fireplace to enjoy with a blanket on the couch during the colder few months of the year. The living room has a large L-shaped terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Part of the terrace is glazed and has comfortable garden furniture. The other part is connected to the kitchen. At the large table you can enjoy delicious food or other activities with family and friends. On the same level there is a guest toilet with washbasin. The kitchen is also on the ground floor and is fully equipped. The kitchen furniture and the beautiful wood-beamed ceilings give it a rustic touch. Here you can enjoy cooking with regional products that you can buy fresh at the local market.

From the kitchen you have direct access to the large terrace that communicates with the living room and another smaller terrace that leads to the entrance to the garden. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms.

On the first floor you will find a bedroom with bathroom en suite and a dressing room. The bed consists of 2 mattresses of 90 cm each, where the bed frame is individually adjustable. A few steps down from the ground floor you will find three more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king-size double bed. In the lower part of the house there is a 1 bedroom apartment with a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with breakfast bar which is adjacent to a small recreation room sofa bed and television. From here you enter a small terrace with access to and views of the garden and pool. Each room has air conditioning for cooling and heating to ensure your comfort all year round. There are also radiators in the bedrooms.

The outdoor area of the villa offers a lot of privacy and consists of the pool area and a beautiful large garden that partially surrounds the house with plenty of space to enjoy nature. In the lower part of the garden you will find a large selection of fruit trees. The pool offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool. Since the garden is next to it, you can choose to sunbathe or take a nap after cooling off in the pool.

The urbanization in which this property is located has a common area. Guests have free access to the common areas: tennis court, swimming pool, children's pool, football field and playground. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes away by car. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almería are within easy reach. If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful home, there are plenty of things to see and do in the area. For example, the Sierra Nevada ski area, where you can enjoy beautiful routes for walking and hiking, is close by. The Sierra Nevada is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the morning from November to April and relax on the beach or pool in the afternoon. The picturesque mountain towns of Las Alpujarras are also nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada and Malaga. The town of Salobreña, to which Monte de los Almendros belongs, is located on the Costa Tropical of Granada. Salobreña has a subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of more than 20 degrees.
