Holiday house in tropical garden with private pool. The holiday home consists of a separate casita furnished with a double bed (twin beds), bathroom with shower, kitchen with oven and microwave. Furthermore, a TV and WiFi. The TV is equipped with an HDMI cable so that Netflix, YouTube and all TV programs from home can be streamed on the TV. (bring your own adapter for your smartphone / tablet)

On the property there is another barbecue with refrigerator.

At the swimming pool of 12 x 4 meters you can relax under the palm trees, the tropical garden with banana plants provides plenty of shade and sun.

Within walking distance (14 minutes) of the beach and sea. There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the beach and in the village. For the sporty person there are hiking opportunities, surfing, boat, sup and canoe rental and 3 km away is the beach of Cantarijan, a naturist beach. Tennis and padel courts are available for those who like racket sports. And with Malaga and Granada 1 hour away, the cultural offer is also ok.

We are Charlotte and Gerard. We have been coming to La Herradura since 2001. And after living in Seville and traveling all over Spain, we can say that La Herradura is one of the most beautiful places in Spain. Since last year we became owners of Paso del Lobo and we would like to share this beautiful place with you.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

The small village, once unknown, attracts many visitors with its charm, all with one aspect in common. Once you have become acquainted with the village on horseshoe bay, you will always come back.
