This architect-designed villa enjoys a unique location, right on the coast of the Mediterranean. The location, concept, living volume and finish of the villa result in a hyper-luxurious villa. The high windows of the living room, which extend over 2 floors, provide optimal light and direct contact with the impressive outdoor environment. The luxury kitchen and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have a high finish. Each bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and together with the terraces there is plenty of space for privacy and tranquility. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people.

Upon entering the villa you immediately notice how spacious and light it is. All rooms have full-width windows so you can enjoy the view from every room.

The 4 large and tastefully decorated bedrooms are located on the top 2 floors and can each accommodate 2 people. Each bedroom has a well-equipped en-suite bathroom and two of them have a bath. In all bedrooms you can enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea and each bedroom has sliding doors that give access to the terrace. Waking up in this villa is an experience in itself!

The spacious open plan living room has a high ceiling and a glass wall running the width of the room, allowing you to admire the fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding area. The modern seating area is equipped with a fireplace for the winter. The living room has a loft with comfortable armchairs. From this loft you look out on the living room with its beautiful hanging lamps and then on the endless sea.
The modern kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare a delicious dinner. At the kitchen island there is space to sit and talk with the cook while enjoying the view of the sea.

On the terrace is a comfortable covered dining area with a large gas BBQ, so you can enjoy Spanish cuisine and regional wines for hours on end.
Through the sliding doors from the living room and kitchen you can access the large terrace, where you can sit back in comfortable lounge chairs and enjoy the beautiful view. You can also go to the pool and sunbathe on the sunbeds next to it. The water of the private infinity pool offers refreshment and tranquility and hours of fun for children. In winter, the water can be heated. In the jacuzzi you can enjoy the sunset and the huge beautiful colored skies.

The recreation area is located on the ground floor. On the flat screen TV you can receive all international channels and you can use the Blue Ray player to watch movies. There is also a sofa bed on this floor, so that the villa can accommodate up to ten people.
