In the mountains, between Torrox-pueblo and Cómpeta, less than an hour's drive from Malaga airport and about a fifteen minute drive from the coast, lies our VERY QUIETLY LOCATED, spacious, comfortable and fully furnished villa with PRIVATE POOL. Due to its location at an altitude of approx. 650m, the house has a magnificent PANORAMIC VIEW of the Sierra Almijara, the 'white village' of Frigiliana, Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea.

GROUND FLOOR:
A LARGE LIVING, DINING ROOM with sliding doors to a spacious COVERED TERRACE (cooling in the warmer months!). The room is open to a large, fully equipped KITCHEN, including a large fridge-freezer, extra table top fridge, dishwasher, 3-zone induction hob, combi microwave, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.

From the living room you enter an L-shaped HALL with access to a separate WC, 2 LARGE BEDROOMS, a spacious BATHROOM (2 sinks, shower and toilet) and a LAUNDRY ROOM (washing machine + dryer, ironing board + iron). Both bedrooms have a double bed (2 separate mattresses of 90x200cm) and fitted wardrobes. Since the bedrooms are on the NORTH side, the cooler side of the house, the noiseless CEILING FANS can provide sufficient cooling at night, if necessary, for a pleasant night's sleep. 

FIRST FLOOR:
A 3rd SPACIOUS BEDROOM: double bed (2 separate mattresses of 90x200cm), wardrobe, table with chair and equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, with adjoining BATHROOM (1 sink, shower and toilet), can be reached via an easy-running, fixed 'Spanish stairs'.

OUTSIDE:
Between the covered terrace and the slightly higher swimming pool (4 steps) is an 'open TERRACE' with GAS BARBECUE.
Around the SWIMMING POOL (8x4m / depth: 0.80 to 1.80m) is a 3rd TERRACE with an OUTDOOR SHOWER.

OUTDOOR FURNITURE (tables, chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds + cushions) is provided.

- This villa is LESS SUITABLE/NOT SUITABLE for families with small children, under 5/6 years old 

Los Pájaros is very suitable for people who are looking for peace and quiet, hikers and nature lovers. Cultural trips to Malaga, Antequera, Granada and even to Ronda, Gibraltar, Seville and Cordoba are also possible, thanks to the excellent road network in Andalusia.
