A great base for a new adventure. The elevator also offers less mobile guests easy access to the apartment. There are no stairs or thresholds in the apartment. There is free use of 4 swimming pools, gym, paddle and tennis courts, beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees, sun terraces and sunbeds. Through the garden you reach the kilometre-long promenade, the fine, white beach and the many beach bars (chiringuitos). In a few steps you reach the picturesque harbor, which is considered the most beautiful of the Costa del Sol and provides many bars, restaurants and shops . Young and old need not be bored for a moment. All entertainment is within reach. In the immediate vicinity there are an estimated 15 golf courses and beautiful, often white villages with an authentic character. The two very spacious L-shaped terraces (almost 40 M2) offer a pleasant stay until late in the evening. From one terrace you can see the harbor and the sea and from the other the golf course across the road.
The apartment has a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, a laundry room (with washing machine), spacious hall, two bathrooms (one with walk-in shower and the other with bath) and 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. A living area of 110 m2. The floors are made of warm marble. There is hot/cold air conditioning, satellite TV, Wifi, double glazing and electric shutters on all windows. Bed linen is available for the beds and plenty of towels for personal care and the beach.
