This bright, recently completely renovated, luxury apartment is located directly on the beach of Peñoncillo in Torrox Costa. The spacious living room with open kitchen offers direct access to the spacious terrace which has a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is bright and modern, has new bathrooms, kitchen and beds. This is also possible if you want to work from the apartment, there is very good internet so you can have a workplace abroad. Television has of course also been thought of, and of course you can log in to Netflix, so you don't miss anything. You will find everything here for a wonderful holiday at the beach. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the apartment and the beach is right outside the door. A short distance from a supermarket, restaurants and various cozy beach bars for delicious food and drinks. The beautiful surroundings of Torrox also offer many opportunities for a trip. We are happy to lend a helping hand.
Torrox is an ideal base for nice trips such as to Granada, Malaga and also very close you will find Nerja and Frigiliana.

We are Guus and Chantal Rijken. We have been living permanently in Torrox since 2014 and rent out various houses and apartments. We also want our guests to be able to relax and are therefore happy to arrange various activities if needed. This way we offer a total package to our guests and they can enjoy a wonderful holiday under the sun. It is important to us that our guests feel at home with us.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

After receipt of the deposit , the reservation is definitively confirmed and the rental agreement is concluded. In the event of cancellation by the tenant after this confirmation, costs of 10% of the total sum are therefore due.
In case of cancellation by the tenant within 2 months before the arrival date, he will owe a fee of 50% of the net rent (i.e. excluding costs and deposit) with a minimum of 120 euros; In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival date, this compensation is the total of the net rent.
If desired, the tenant will take care of his own travel and cancellation insurance (note: this is possible, for example, at the ANWB).
The minimum calculated length of stay is 4 days unless otherwise indicated for a house. In consultation, a shorter stay with an adjusted departure time is possible.
