We are Guus and Chantal Rijken. We have been living permanently in Torrox since 2014 and rent out various houses and apartments. We also want our guests to be able to relax and are therefore happy to arrange various activities if needed. This way we offer a total package to our guests and they can enjoy a wonderful holiday under the sun. It is important to us that our guests feel at home with us.

Explanation of prices

After receipt of the deposit to HolidayAndaluz, the reservation will be confirmed and the rental agreement will be concluded. In the event of cancellation by the tenant after this confirmation, costs of 10% of the total sum will therefore be due.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant within 2 months before the arrival date, a fee of 50% of the net rent (ie excluding costs and deposit) is payable by the tenant with a minimum of 120 euros; in the event of cancellation within 6 weeks before the arrival date, this compensation is the total of the net rent.
If desired, the tenant is responsible for taking out travel and cancellation insurance (note: this is possible, for example, with the ANWB).
The minimum calculated length of stay is 4 days, unless stated otherwise at a house. A shorter stay with an adjusted departure time is possible in consultation.
