Casa calma Torremolinos in the El Pinillo district is a perfect base to discover both Torremolinos and Andalusia, but also offers you the peace and quiet to retreat among the Spaniards in an oasis of peace. The apartment is located in a community with a well-maintained sunny courtyard with palm trees, swimming pool, padel courts and gym, where you can hear the birds chirping.
Outside the community you feel the liveliness of the el Pinillo district where you can find restaurants and bars where you can buy a nice cappucino for a few euros. You will also find real locals there. If you cross the road you will find Costasol Centro, a small shopping mall with a Carrefour supermarket, clothing stores, an authentic Spanish caterer and a coffee shop where you can get delicious sandwiches and of course coffee.
The apartment is located about 800 meters from the Parque de la Bateria and one kilometer from the La Carihuela district, the beach is a 15-minute walk.
From Malaga Airport:
You can reach the apartment in 30 minutes by train, El Pinillo train station is just a 700-meter walk away. It is an 8 km drive to the apartment by car, and there is plenty of free parking in front of the door.
Our three-room apartment with two bedrooms is fully equipped. There is room for a maximum of 6 people, there are two bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite. The living room with adjoining balcony has a television with Spanish and Dutch channels and the entire apartment is air conditioned. There is fast internet available, making it ideal for working (remotely).
The well-equipped kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, oven/microwave, induction hob and a Nespresso for good coffee. From the balcony you look out over the courtyard with swimming pool and even the sea is visible.
