Mr. Van Der Linden Netherlands Date of stay: Thu 27-12-2018 - Fri 04-01-2019 We stayed here from 27 December to 4 January. On arrival we could collect the key at Ritva who managed everything for this complex. She has her own office next to the entrance. When we arrived in the apartment there were several useful things such as cheese, mineral water and meat products. There was also bread in the freezer. The complex is very nicely located in a green and well-kept residential area. You do need a car to get there and to go shopping, because it is about 1.5 km from the shops. The apartment has a beautiful seascape that you can enjoy from the terrace. There the sun shines from 10 o'clock in the morning until 6 o'clock. It only became dark at 7 o'clock, which is very nice after the dark Netherlands. You can also walk into the green garden from the terrace. The apartment is fully equipped. Highly recommended with children, because it has two rooms with two bathrooms and toilets. All in all our stay gave us great pleasure, beautiful place and a great apartment. Thanks Peter and Sabine for the hospitality! Mr. De Waard Netherlands Date of stay: Mon 08-10-2018 - Wed 17-10-2018 We were pleasantly received and quickly brought to the house. This was fully furnished and fully equipped. There was a clear manual for all devices. Outside was a nice furnished terrace where we could eat in the evening. The (direct) environment was nice. All kinds of amenities are accessible at a short distance (supermarket, beach, restaurants, pictures). A little further away are plenty of interesting destinations to visit. Mr. Westerman Netherlands Date of stay: Tue 04-09-2018 - Fri 14-09-2018 The house is great !! In a quiet area and equipped with all comforts. Even a covered terrace with excellent garden furniture (even 2 couches). Great swimming pool nearby. Excellent for 4 people. The disposal of a car is recommended, at least for groceries, but a number of restaurants can also be reached with a brisk walk (1 restaurant 200 meters away). Mrs. De Vos Netherlands Date of stay: Sat 21-07-2018 - Sat 04-08-2018 The apartment was good. Kitchen simple, but everything working and plenty of crockery, etc. Nice, cozy beach within 10 min. To reach by car. Supermarket nearby. Location of the apartment is favorable for trips. We found Marbella very cozy! Friendly homeowners and caretaker. Swimming pool near the apartment we found too quiet. Especially for teenagers. Mrs. Oleman Netherlands Date of stay: Mon 18-06-2018 - Fri 29-06-2018 The reception was very warm, Ritva knew exactly who we were. She understood that we wanted to see the apartment, get our stuff out and jump into the pool. The apartment was ideal for us we traveled with our 1-year-old son and there was everything for him in the apartment cot, chair, toys, stuff for the beach. So nice! The complex was very quiet, we often have enough with zn threes in the pool. Also for our trips the complex was ideally situated we were so on the highway. I definitely recommend this apartment, we hope to come back again! Mrs. Vandermosten Belgium Date of stay: Mon 25-09-2017 - Fri 29-09-2017 We had a very smooth arrival, after a phone call the manager was pretty fast on the spot to let us immediately in the apartment, we were allowed the apartment formerly involved and were allowed to stay even later. The homeowners are very cordial people who made our stay at the top tip in order thanks to their flexibility. Everything is present in the house, we have not lacked anything. It is advisable to rent a car to get to the neighboring places. Nearby attractions are the Tuesday market in Fuengirola (in the morning) Mijas Pueblo Marbella marina
