The apartment is equipped with every luxury. There is satellite TV, internet (WIFI) air conditioning or heating in all rooms.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms: 1 bathroom with toilet and shower and 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. Linen such as bed linen, towels, shower towels etc. is provided. Lots of closet space. One large living/dining room. Open kitchen with fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room and bedrooms have shutters and railings. Lovely large terrace (36m2) overlooking golf course. Barbecue is available. Ideal for having lunch and dinner outside.
The complex
The Miraflores Golf Garden apartment complex is a secure complex with a beautifully landscaped garden and a lovely swimming pool. The pool is enclosed by a fence for safety for children. The garden and swimming pool are cleaned every day by our own staff. The apartment has its own covered parking, where your car will be safe at all times. Each block has access to an elevator. The whole complex is adapted for disabled people. The apartment is 1 km walking distance from the beach and is located directly on the Miraflores Golf Course. In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.
Spending the winter in our apartment is also possible for a reasonable price.
Overwintering is possible from November 15 to April 30. The minimum rental period is then 1 month.
