This is a bright, spacious, well equipped, and lovely 2 bedrooms apartment which has been recently renovated. It is situated directly overlooking the sea, the famous Coastal Broadwalk, and has direct access to the beach. It is in walking distance of bars, restaurants, a beach club and supermarkets. If you should decide not to have a car, there is a bus shop a few minutes walk from the apartment, that offers a frequent service taking you to Marbella or Fuengirola, where you can catch a train to Malaga and many of the coastal towns in between. There is some parking available within the community, but in busy seasons you may have to find parking nearby, however, there is plenty of free parking available within a short walk.
Accommodation
The entrance to the block is via the main car park, and once inside the block, a single flight of stairs takes you down to the 1st floor.
Entering via the front door the hallway leads to a well-equipped modern kitchen to the left. The kitchen is partially open to the dining area, allowing natural light to enter.
Continuing through the hallway, past the kitchen to reach the dining area, and lounge/sitting area, leading to the terrace with sea views.
The lounge/sitting area has a large TV, an overhead fan, and is comfortable and bright.
To the left of the sitting room, there is an entrance to another hallway where you find 2 spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has 3 single beds and a TV.
The apartment has air-conditioning throughout, high-speed Internet access via Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in the sitting room and second bedroom.
Community
The community offers gardens with direct access to the beach, a communal pool overlooking the beach, paddle court, tennis court, and some parking for residents.
Location
Directly on the Riviera del Sol beach, with own direct access to the famous Coastal Broadwalk, the location is unbeatable.
Ideally a place for beach lovers to have a holiday with full access to the beach, beachside restaurants, 2 supermarkets across the road, with even more bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
