Located in the hills of Rincón de la Victoria, our lovely apartment is surrounded by nature and with a beautiful view over the town and the sea. Rincon de la Victoria is in a unique location, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities on the Costa del Sol, yet close to everything they have to offer. With direct access to the A-7 motorway and proximity to Malaga International Airport, our Bali building is easily accessible. The design of the building is inspired by the Indonesian rice fields, hence the name Bali.

The location is 15 km from Malaga, so the city with all its amenities is also within easy reach. A location of great scenic value that combines the best of the sea and the mountains just 20 minutes from the center of Malaga and 30 minutes from the international airport.
Around the apartment are several nature reserves (including natural parks Sierra de Tejada and the Montes de Malaga) that are ideal for walking or cycling (mountain biking). The luxury golf course La Anoreta is 5 minutes by car and can be seen from the terrace. The house, equipped with WiFi, has two bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, a full kitchen with induction hob, a spacious living room and an even larger terrace. On the terrace there is a dining table and a sitting area and there is space for two sunbeds. The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot-cold). The house has its own parking space in the parking garage and the building has a sports hall and swimming pool (infinity pool).
