Welcome to our lovely, spacious Penthouse! We have 2 large terraces with always sun or shade. On the terrace at the rear, in addition to the extra outdoor dining table, you will also find 2 comfortable armchairs and 2 sun beds, where you can rest between the swaying palms. The fully equipped modern kitchen, like the master bedroom, is en-suite to the terrace where the sun rises... There is a 2nd bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
The living room is en-suite to the front terrace (Plaza) where the sun sets.
Furthermore, fully equipped: Aircon, Wifi, and international TV networks and Netflix. If you come by car we can arrange a private parking space in the basement of the complex. Price is the same as the public parking garage. Or use our preferred airport taxi service.
We wish you a pleasant stay in a luxury penthouse in a beautiful, fairly unspoilt seaside resort with the best climate in Europe!

The living room is equipped with Dutch TV and WiFi. The interior is quiet and light, where you will feel completely at home.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. These are divided by the bright hall.
The 1st bedroom. This is equipped with two single beds, bedside table with night lamp and a closet for your clothes. This bedroom has air conditioning with warm air for the winter and cold air for the summer. The bedroom is next to a bathroom and overlooking the gardens.
In the 1st bedroom you can also choose whether you want to separate the beds or put them together after your own choices.
The hall is spacious and bright.
2nd bedroom The Master room This bedroom has a large double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps and a large wardrobe. The 2nd bathroom is integrated in the bedroom, a perfect hotel room for more privacy.
3rd bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table with bedside lamp and a wardrobe. Of course with air conditioning for hot and cold air.
The two bathrooms have the same design with rain showers and a modern look.
The hall is spacious and bright. At the end of the hall is a cupboard with towels, bath towels and sheets so that nothing is missing for your stay.

In the utility room is the washing machine and dryer, so you can wash and dry your clothes without any problems with all the necessities.
Through the back of the apartment building you enter the parking garage and you can safely park your car in our private parking space.

Benalmadena boulevard is a lovely piece of boulevard that runs from Benalmadena to Torremolinos where you can walk, you will then pass the port of Benalmadena, la Carihuela and Torremolinos.
You can combine the walk with enjoying a snack and a drink in the countless terraces that you will encounter along the way while you can enjoy the sun.
Tip, enjoy a beautiful sunrise and/or sunset at the beach!
The nature at the beach is also beautiful, palm trees, lots of greenery and many birds that make your walk pleasant.
The Castillo Bil Bil it is also located on the promenade of Benalmadena. Recommend to visit if you like culture.
The boulevard continues until Torrequebrada.
Puerto Marina, the port of Benalmadena. Here you can enjoy a meal and a drink while enjoying the exit and entry of the boats. You can also enjoy shopping.

Nature is also not lacking in Arroyo de la Miel. Parque las Palomas, a lovely park for walking and enjoying nature.
The funicular of Arroyo de Miel (Benalmadena). It connects the urban core of Arroyo de la Miel with the top of Calamorro mountain, in the Sierra de Mijas, more than 700 m above sea level, from where you can observe Africa on clear days, well worth a visit.
The dolphin park, this is located next to Paloma Park and you can enjoy a wonderful dolphin show.

Castillo de Colomares is a monument, in the form of a castle, dedicated to the life and adventures of Christopher Columbus. It was built near Benalmádena in Spain, between 1987 and 1994, well worth a visit!

The stairs down to the pool is placed to close to the children.
Comares built at a mountain peak. A true white village already very old and terribly charming. From Comares you have a view of the sea (and in good weather even in Morocco).
