Welcome! Our fine 120m2 penthouse is located in the old heart of Nerja, a very short distance from the many city beaches that Nerja has to offer. At the front you have a view of the stately Plaza de España and at the rear there is a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains, with beautiful sunrises.
Via the elevator you reach the private entrance on the 3rdfloor. The air-conditioned penthouse features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The shutters in the living room can be operated electrically. The 2 spacious terraces have outdoor furniture, such as a bar table, dining table, armchairs and a 2 pers. sun bed plus a BBQ. On both terraces you can enjoy sun or shade by means of the electric awnings.
Bedroom 1. has a 2 pers. Electric bed, spacious wardrobe and a bathroom directly adjacent.
Bedroom 2. has two 1 pers. beds, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a work-desk.
EXTRAS:-> You don't need to bring a beach towel, because you get it for free!-> We have installed a filtered water system for drinking water and to make coffee or tea. No more lugging water bottles around! ->There may be a possibility. Private parking can be arranged for an additional fee. This is located in the basement of the building. We can also arrange a taxi to/from the airport.
