Completely renovated white Andalusian villa with all modern comfort: Private swimming pool, heated & salt. Jacuzzi and infrared sauna. All rooms have air conditioning & underfloor heating. Separate junior suite for sleeping, bathing and remote working, making the villa ideal for 3 couples or a family with 2 children. Capacity for 6 adults and 2 children. You have complete privacy. Beautiful sea and mountain views. The villa is located in a quiet area, and the beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The underfloor heating, fireplace and heated swimming pool with infrared sauna make this a perfect holiday home, even in winter. Also very suitable for remote working.

The interior is a mix of authentic Andalusian style and modern design. We have filtered drinking water and good quality king-size beds. The pool has a comfortable integrated bench for a long afternoon at the pool!

The beautiful pool is located directly in front of the Villa and is very private, not overlooked by neighbors.

The terrain is completely fenced and has a gate.
The covered porch has a gate to the pool with a view to child safety.
The terrain is quite spacious. At the back of the villa is a separate laundry room with washing machine. There is also a clothesline.

The porch has an extendable dining table. On the left you will see the entrance.
The views to the coast are extensive and impressive. The fence that you see to the security deposited with gauze.
In the background you see the village of Comares. You can also hook. to walk in about 25 minutes (uphill).
On the side of the Villa is an outdoor shower and a shaded area.
The porch is on the left side a glass sliding door to stop the wind if it blows.
The lounge has comfortable sofas. The fireplace has a heat fan and a nice extra: A heat through to the master bedroom, great for the winter.
The third bedroom can accommodate four people.
Here is the second bedroom. The permanent cradle can also be placed in the master bedroom as you like.
