BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CASA NO SPANG * WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING OUR CONFIRMATION ON YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST YOU MUST PAY 50% OF THE TOTAL RENT *ONLY AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT, YOUR RESERVATION IS DEFINED. YOUR OPTION AT A PARTICULAR PERIOD WILL BE CONVERTED INTO A FINAL BOOKING *NOTHER 6 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL YOU WILL OBLIGATE THE REST OF THE RENT, CLEANING COSTS AND THE DEPOSIT. IF YOUR ARRIVAL DAY IS WITHIN THIS 6 WEEK TERM, YOU ARE PAYABLE FOR THE ENTIRE TRIP IMMEDIATELY *CANCELLATION FEES: IF CANCELLATION WITHIN 6 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE, THE CANCELLATION FEES ARE 35%. FOR CANCELLATION UNTIL 4 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE 60%. THEN THE COSTS ARE 100% *FAILURE TO PAY THE TOTAL (REST) RENT ON TIME MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION *WHEN FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ADDRESS AND THE HOUSE DESCRIPTION. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE CODE OF THE KEY LOCK IMMEDIATELY *WE RECOMMEND YOU TAKE A TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE *THE KEYS ARE IN A KEY LOCK AT THE HOUSE. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE CODE AFTER FULL PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE * THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED AT THE END OF YOUR STAY, PROVIDED THAT NOTHING IS BROKEN/DAMAGED OR LOST (eg KEY, SWIMMING PASS) *BED, BATH AND KITCHEN THE NUMBER OF PERSONS IN THE PROPERTY SPECIFIED BY YOU. FOR A RENTAL PERIOD LONGER THAN 1 WEEK THERE IS ALSO EXTRA BED LINEN THE HOUSE IS ONLY FOR USE OF THE TENANTS (MAX. 6 PEOPLE). IF MORE GUESTS STAY THIS MUST BE CONSULTED IN ADVANCE, HOWEVER THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS SHOULD NOT BE EXCEED *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CASA NO SPANG *ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL YOU CAN CHECK IN AFTER 4 OTHERS* FROM DEPARTURE YOU MUST CHECK OUT BEFORE 10 AM. (UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE) *NOISE, MUSIC AND THE LIKE MUST BE KEPT TO AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL, THAT WILL NOT BE ANY NUISANCE FOR ANY NEIGHBORS *WATER AND ELECTRICITY INCLUDE. EXCESSIVE USE OF ELECTRA AND WATER WILL INCLUDE ADDITIONAL COSTS *CASA NO SPANG IS NON SMOKING. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED Regulations and use Inside: - Smoking is not allowed inside. - Pets are not allowed. - When leaving the house, we recommend that you lock/close the gates, doors and windows. - When you are upstairs, close/lock both the front door and sliding door. - When you leave the house, turn off the air conditioners. This is better for the environment and your wallet. - It takes a few minutes for the air conditioner to kick in when you turn it on. - Close windows and doors when you turn on the air conditioning. - Clean the induction plate regularly, otherwise it will burn into the plate. - There is a pass for the community pool. Take it to the pool. Outside: - Shower before using the pool, which keeps the water quality high and clean. - Do not jump in the pool, it is shallow. - Do not use glasses at the edge of the swimming pool (danger of glass splinters in the swimming pool if it breaks). - Parasols are only for use on the terrace (absolutely not for beach use). - Fold the umbrellas when you're not there! It can suddenly blow. If the umbrellas are broken and need to be replaced, we will charge the costs. - Bath towels are for use in the apartment only (not for pool or beach use). - No noise after 11pm. Please be considerate of neighbors at all times. - Do not leave garbage outside because of stray cats. - Dispose of garbage bags in containers on the street or at the parking lot (house with containers) On departure: - Put the keys back in the key safe at the gate. Close it properly. - Leave the pool pass and the keys to the pillow boxes in the house. If you forget to leave it behind, we will calculate the cost of a new card or keys. - Departure before 10.00 and leave the apartment tidy; Dishes are done and crockery is in place in the cupboards. All furniture is back in its usual place. Garbage is thrown away in the containers. House is broom clean. - Check that all lights and air conditioners are off. - Put the cover over the lounge set outside - Put the pool cover in the pool - Close the parasol and put it in the cover. Place the parasol back where you found it.
