The apartment
The entrance door of the apartment is on the first floor. Via a beautiful staircase you then enter the living area. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sitting area, a fully equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar and air conditioning.

The living room has a cozy corner with a fireplace and a workplace has been created next to the stairs. The patio doors from the living room lead to a sheltered terrace. A lovely sunny spot. It is located directly on the golf course of Mijas golf and from here you have a beautiful view of the course and the green of Hole 16.

The beautiful tropical courtyard leads to the swimming pool with a beautiful lawn and trees that provide the necessary shade when the sun is too hot.

Hoyo 16
Our apartment is located in Mijas Golf, on the Costa del Sol, just a 20 - 25 minute drive from Malaga airport. The complex overlooks the golf course (36 holes) of Mijas Golf, is built in a kind of U shape with the beautiful courtyard garden with palm trees, a pond and the swimming pool at its heart.

The complex consists of 2 floors. Our apartment is located on the top floor.

There are a few small shops (including a supermarket) and restaurants nearby that you can walk to within 5 minutes. Shopping malls (Miramar and El Corte Ingles) and large supermarkets such as Lidl, Carrefour, Aldi and Mercadona can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.
Hoyo 16 is the perfect base for city trips to Grenada, Ronda, Malaga, Marbella, Cordoba, Seville and Gibraltar.

If you are a golf enthusiast, you can choose from a variety of courses (15 -20) within a radius of 15 km.

If you want to ski in a special environment, the Sierra Nevada ski area can be reached within 2 hours. A nice compact area with about 100 km of slopes for both beginners and experienced skiers.
