The apartment
The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom in Andalusian style
It is located on a quiet street with a spacious terrace at the front and rear of the house. The living room has an open kitchen. The sliding doors from the living room lead to a sheltered terrace at the rear, a lovely sunny spot. The swimming pool is located around the corner, 15 meters from the rear terrace. Two of the four remaining communal pools offer breathtaking views of the Mijas Golf coastline & the Mediterranean Sea.

Puebla Aida
Our apartment is located in Puebla Aida, a village in Mijas Golf, on the Costa del Sol, just 25 kilometers from Malaga airport. Built over a period of 20 years, Puebla Aida is a unique project of villas and apartments designed in a historic Andalusian style, with stunning views over the double golf course (36 holes), the sea and the mountains of Mijas. The homes in Puebla Aida are classically designed and timeless in style. With pretty flowered walkways, fountains, four swimming pools with garden and sun terrace, Puebla Aida is a wonderfully peaceful place in beautiful surroundings.

There is a small shop and restaurant within walking distance nearby. Shopping malls (Miramar and El Corte Ingles) and large supermarkets such as Lidl, Carrefour, Aldi and Mercadona can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. In addition, it is the perfect base for city trips to Grenada, Ronda, Malaga, Marbella, Cordoba, Seville and Gibraltar.

If you are a golf enthusiast, you can choose from a variety of courses (15 -20) within a radius of 15 km.

If you want to ski in a special environment, the Sierra Nevada ski area can be reached within 2 hours. A nice compact area with about 100 km of slopes for both beginners and experienced skiers.
