Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

To make a reservation you must pay 50% immediately and the remaining 50% 60 days before your holiday. When we have received your first payment, we will send your contract and confirmation by email. When we have received your second payment, we will send you an email with information/directions, with instructions on how to hand over the keys.



FREE : use of bed, kitchen and bathroom linen, use of 1 baby cot and 1 high chair (ask for it when booking), HIGH SPEED WIFI, consumption of electricity, water, use of private jacuzzi, air conditioning, use of communal swimming pool and gardens. (open all year round), cable TV 


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: We ask all our guests to leave the penthouse as they found it. Discounted prices for monthly rentals (min 28 nights) do NOT include the consumption of electricity. The cost of electricity is € 0.35 /kw. You pay what you use after reading the meter A car is recommended to fully enjoy the surroundings. A refundable deposit of 300 euros is required on your bank card upon arrival. This will of course be refunded (within 7 days before departure) if no damage is found. You can move into the house from 16.00 hours. 

The signatory of the contract must be at least 25 years old.


Self check-in is available at this apartment. Full instructions will be sent to each guest after booking.
