Casanass is close to shops, restaurants, golf courses, the boardwalk "Coastal path Senda Litoral de Malaga" that runs from Malaga to Marbella and the Siera de Mijas nature reserve in the hinterland. It is conveniently located between Malaga and Marbella, in a pleasant residential area on the coast. It is a 25-minute drive from Malaga airport.

Casanass is comfortably furnished with a washing machine, internet, air conditioning in all rooms (for cold and warm air), towels, bed linen, a large 55-inch smart TV with satellite TV for many channels, including all Dutch channels. You can log in to your own streaming service. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities such as a Nespresso machine, hand blender, sandwich maker, etc. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The apartment is equipped with alarm security.
The apartment complex is spacious with a closed main entrance and private indoor parking space. The indoor pool is open in the winter months from October. One of the 2 outdoor swimming pools is open all year round. During the high season, both outdoor swimming pools are open and there is a lifeguard at the large swimming pool with paddling pool. Toilets and showers are available at the pool and sunbeds are free to use. There are tennis rackets in the apartment.
The small Las Terrazas shopping center with a supermarket and a few restaurants such as a pizzeria and the Indian Restaurant de Connoisseur is 1.5 kilometers away. Riviera's slightly larger shopping center, Riviera Plaza, is 1.8 kilometers from Casanass. Here you will find 2 supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The large sunny private terrace faces southwest with views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Miraflores golf course and the Riviera del Sol district. The beach is a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill. The main roads are easily accessible from Casanass.
It is useful to have a car during your stay to explore the beautiful surroundings. Nice places to visit include Mijas Pueblo, Marbella, Malaga, Ronda. In addition to the kilometers of sandy beach with boardwalk and all kinds of different coastal towns, the hinterland is also great for hikes, walks and bike rides. Many villages and towns have weekly local markets.
There is a wide range of taxis and Ubers. Outings by public transport such as the bus to Malaga or Marbella are very cheap and have regular services.
There is also a lot to do for sports enthusiasts. Hiking in the hinterland, mountain biking, water sports such as kite surfing and diving, tennis, paddling, horse riding, walking, canoeing, fishing, canyoning and golf.
For golf enthusiasts, the Miraflores Golf courses are within walking distance. Calanova Golf Club, La Cala Golf Resort, Cabopino Golf Marbella, Sanat Maria and Chaparral Golf Club can be reached within 10 minutes. There are another 40 other golf courses on the Costa del Sol, plenty of choice!

meet all kinds of requirements and register themselves in order to guarantee the quality of the rental offer in the region. This way, tourists can count on a safe and comfortable place. Casanass meets all these requirements. As a landlord, we must ensure that there is air conditioning and heating, a stocked first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, the apartment has shutters or curtains and towels and bed linen must be available. The permit is for a maximum of 4 people including children. Just like with hotels, we must register all tenants with the Guardia Civil. This way our tenants know that everything is well arranged!
The final cleaning is a mandatory cleaning after each rental period. We have good and hardworking cleaners. They ensure that the apartment is nice and fresh and ensure that the bed linen and kitchen towels are washed. There is a vacuum cleaner and broom in the apartment for occasional cleaning. Upon departure, we only ask that you leave the apartment broom clean. This means that there is no rubbish lying around, the dishes have been washed and the house is left in reasonable condition.
