We are Geert and Rosane. A few years ago we came to Marbella for the first time and we were immediately sold. This year we bought our own apartment there. We love the Spanish coast, but also the Spanish nature. And of course also the tasty tapas, and the many fish restaurants that prepare the fish fresh on the grill.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental prices 2026:
Period:
* April/May/October : 150 euros/ night with a minimum stay of 4 nights
* June/ September : 180 euros/ night with a minimum stay of 4 nights
* July: 210 euros/night with a minimum stay of 7 nights
* August: 235 euros/ night with a minimum stay of 7 nights
* November/ December/January/February/March : 120 euros/ night with a minimum stay of 4 nights

Rental price includes:• use of bed, bath and kitchen linen • consumption of electricity and water • fast wifi
Rental price does not include:• mandatory final cleaning 90€ • deposit 300€

Cancellation Policy:
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

A nice walk takes you to the pretty whitewashed village of Comares.

Dream away over the mountains from the pool.
Enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif under the blue sky.
And after dinner, take a nap in the hammock, under the old oak tree.
Or enjoy swinging with nothing around you but beauty and tranquility.
And then back into the pool to refresh. Life can be hard, can't it?

From the kitchen you step straight onto the covered terrace.
the terrace is an ideal shady spot with an incredible view.

Through the kitchen you go to the bedrooms, office corner, second bathroom and laundry room. This can also be done via the patio.
Having a nice meal together is an important part of your holiday. There is an extendable table in case you would like to eat inside.
Is it time to eat yet? And where are we going to do that? On one of the terraces, in the living room, or in the kitchen? BBQ, a fresh salad or quick casserole or tasty tapas by the pool? Choose.
The master bedroom has a double bed, two single beds, a dressing table and a desk corner.
A door leads to the second hall and to the second bedroom and second bathroom. You can also reach it via the patio.
The second hall leads to the 2nd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom. On the left you will find the laundry room and the patio door. You can also go through the patio.
Hopefully you don't have to work during your leave. But if you have to....
Behind the paravan are 2 single beds that can be pulled out.
The second bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms.
