Marbella Senses is in a prime location on Marbella's famous Golden Mile, the place to be if you are in Marbella. Just a five minute walk to the beach at the Puente Romano Hotel, from where Paseo Maritimo stretches to the right to Puerto Banús, and to the left to the centre of Marbella. Within walking distance of the house you will find many fine restaurants, as well as shops, beach bars and shopping centers.

The spacious house welcomes up to 8 people in three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Equipped with every luxury. And yet, you'll be spending most of your time outside. Either at one of the 3 swimming pools or on one of the three south-facing terraces. The crown jewel of the house is without a doubt the large roof terrace, with astonishing views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain "La Concha": here you can sunbathe all day and enjoy the equipped kitchen with lounge.

With the three different floors, we can comfortably welcome 8 people in 3 separate bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with climate control and underfloor heating. Due to its location at the top left of the complex, you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the roof terrace. The private roof terrace with lounge, dining area, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and refreshing shower is without a doubt the favorite place of most visitors! The south-west orientation guarantees sunshine on all three terraces. Underground there is a private garage for 2 cars, and storage space for all your holiday gear

The ground floor consists of a spacious dining room and living room with leather sofas and smart LED TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, separate guest toilet and pantry. From the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace with access to the beautiful private garden where you can sunbathe and the children can play outside.

Three separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating and climate control ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious master bedroom with private bathroom, a double bed and a bunk bed in a secluded room, wardrobes, TV and private terrace of 34m2 with sun loungers allows you to fully enjoy a view of the garden and swimming pools. The two extra rooms have a double bed and wardrobe. Second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Spacious terrace of 57 m2, a solarium with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the "La Concha" mountain. Sit back and relax with a "copa de cava" in the lounge, or enjoy an alfresco dinner in the equipped kitchen with fridge and BBQ. You can even freshen up in the shower after a wonderful day of enjoying the sun
