With its exceptional location, within walking distance of the beach of Puente Romano, with its beautiful sea view from the rooftop terrace and heated swimming pool in winter, Marbella Senses is probably one of the best places to stay in Marbella.

Marbella Senses is at a top location on the famous Golden Mile of Marbella, the place to be when you are in Marbella. Only five minutes walk to the beach at the Puente Romano Hotel, from where the Paseo Maritimo extends to the right up to Puerto Banús, and to the left into the center of Marbella. Within walking distance of the house you will find many fine restaurants, as well as shops, beach bars and shopping centers.

The spacious house welcomes up to 8 people in three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Equipped with all luxury. And yet you will spend most of the time outdoors. Either at one of the 3 swimming pools, 1 of which is heated in winter, or on one of the three south-facing terraces. The crown jewel of the house is undoubtedly the large roof terrace, with astonishing view of the Mediterranean sea and on the mountain "La Concha": here you can sunbathe all day and enjoy the fitted kitchen with lounge.

With the three different floors we can comfortably accommodate 8 people in 3 separate bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with climate control and underfloor heating. Because of its location at the top left of the complex, you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the roof terrace. The private roof terrace with lounge, dining room, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and refreshing shower is undoubtedly the favorite place of most visitors! The south-west orientation guarantees sunshine on all three terraces.Underground there is a private garage for 2 cars, and storage space for all your holiday gear

The ground floor consists of a spacious dining room and living room with leather sofas and smart LED TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, separate guest toilet and pantry. From the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace with access to the beautiful private garden where you can sunbathe and the children can play outside.

Three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with underfloor heating and climate control ensure a comfortable stay.The spacious master bedroom with private bathroom, a double bed and a bunk bed in a screened room, wardrobes, TV and private terrace of 34m2 with loungers let you fully enjoy view of the garden and pools.The two extra rooms have a double bed and kleerklast.Second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Spacious terrace of 57 m2, a solarium with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea and the "La Concha" mountain.Lay down and relax with a "copa de cava" in the lounge, or enjoy an open-air dinner in the equipped kitchen with refrigerator and BBQ. You can even refresh in the shower after a wonderful day enjoying the sun
