**The space**
Flower gardens says it all, our beautiful new apartment is decorated with a reference to the flower city of Estepona itself. Enjoy all the comforts that the apartment and the complex has to offer. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed in the master bedroom and two 1-person beds in the other bedroom, with nice fitted wardrobes in both rooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, both a shower and bath are available.

Everything has been thought of in the living room. At the cozy round dining table you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with 6 people. In addition to various TV channels, streaming services are also available on the smart TV. Take a seat on the lounge armchair in front of the window and enjoy the beautiful view of the Sierra Bermeja. The sofa is also a sofa bed and ensures that the apartment is available for 6 people

The kitchen is fully equipped including sitting area, nespresso machine and dishwasher, in the utility room you will find the washing machine.
On the balcony you have the nice view again and you can take a seat in the lounge chairs.

The complex also has a lovely communal swimming pool in the courtyard with a separate children's area and sunbathing area. There is also a nice playground for children here.
