Unique penthouse, overlooking the green Unesco World Heritage with unobstructed views of Elviria Hills and the coastal strip up to Fuengirola and the Mediterranean Sea. The penthouse was completed in July 2016 and is located in Marbella/Elviria 6 km uphill. Málaga Airport is about 40 km away. In Elviria you will find several supermarkets and restaurants. The beautiful beach of Elviria with Nikki Beach and the popular The Beach House is not to be missed.
The comfortable tastefully furnished penthouse has a living room with sitting area, dining area, two spacious bedrooms with 180x200 twin beds and both adjoining bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and plenty of crockery and cutlery and other amenities. In the utility room a Miele washer/dryer column. The entire penthouse has air conditioning and air heating.
On the terrace of 70 m2 you will find a spacious lounge area with coffee table and a large dining table with 6 bucket chairs including cushions. The terrace is equipped with two electric awnings that you can control yourself with a remote control. On the terrace there is a private outdoor kitchen that is not intended for tenants.
Community rules prohibit having and lighting wood fires or barbeques. The use of an electric grill plate is permitted.
Via elevator and garden you can walk in 20 meters to the swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds. The swimming pool has a walk-in staircase to a depth of 1.10 meters and a passage to 1.80 meters. The fenced pool complex has its own ladies and gents toilet.
The penthouse has a fast fiber optic internet connection. In the sitting area a UHD smart TV with Canal Digital on which well-known Dutch channels can be seen.
Nearby is El Soto Club with gymnasium, tennis court, padel court, putting green and beautiful 9-hole Par 3 golf course and changing rooms with showers for ladies and gentlemen.
In the restaurant you can enjoy lunch or dinner inside or on the large outdoor terrace or have a drink at the cozy bar. Special evenings also take place in the restaurant. Live flamingo and/or other music/dancing dinners.
When you book the apartment you will receive extensive information by e-mail, including where and at what time you will meet your host/hostess/keyholder, you will receive a tour and explanation of equipment, the operation of air conditioning/heating and the automatic parking gate.
The apartment has 1 private parking space on a closed area in front of the entrance of the building where you can reach the apartment with your luggage by stairs or elevator.
There is a coffee machine which may only be filled with bottled water. The tap water contains far too much lime and clogs the appliance.
