The beautiful Casa Del Lago is, as the name suggests, a modern and trendy semi-detached villa with breathtaking views of Lake Istán, in the hills of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The house is located in the beautiful Zahara de Istán, an exclusive resort nestled in the beautiful Sierra de la Nieves Natural Park. In the Casa del Lago you can relax, chill out, rest and enjoy the lake and mountains with beautiful views from the house, private garden and terrace. Swim in the lovely communal pool or soak up the sun in the well-kept gardens.

The house is located in the hills of the fashionable Puerto Banus and Marbella, 40 minutes from Malaga airport and less than 10 minutes from the beach and from the typical Andalusian village of Istán.

The centre of Marbella, Puerto Banus, the beaches, shops and golf courses can all be reached in a ten-minute drive.

The house has a really beautiful view of the lake. You can enjoy the view from your own terrace, the living room, dining room or bedrooms. In the evening, you can spend a unique moment under the stars in this natural setting.

The large communal swimming pool (with shower and toilet facilities) is set in the beautifully maintained gardens of the resort just a two minute walk from the house.

Casa del Lago is located on 250 m² of private land. The house was recently furnished in a completely contemporary style.

The house has air-conditioning throughout the house? a dining area with 6 seats, a Smart LED TV 48 inch, with international channels in Dutch, English, French, German and many others, fiberglass WIFI, washing machine; Everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday in this house with 2 to 6 people (extra cots on request).

All three bedrooms have large glass sliding doors, so you can enjoy a sea of light and the rooms are modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is a double bedroom with a large bed (160 cm) and two rooms with a choice of a double bed or two single beds.

The first bedroom has its own bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. The second spacious bathroom also has a bath with shower, toilet and a large sink. All three bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobes and bedside tables.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped. (Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, plancha grill, kitchen appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, iron/ironing board)

The spacious living room and dining room are fully furnished. There is a great selection of DVDs, books and games to enjoy during your stay.

On the terrace of the living room as well as on the terrace in the garden you will find a large dining table with 6 seats, a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The terrace and garden are also equipped with new garden furniture, sunbeds and awnings; Everything you need to enjoy the excellent climate with more than 320 Sundays a year.

From an early age I have visited this beautiful Spanish region and it was therefore natural to buy a second home in this beautiful region with 300 days of sun a year.

I am a hotelier in heart and soul and I offer you as my guests all the modern comfort that can be expected for a pleasant, carefree holiday in Casa del Lago.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per week, including electricity, water, TV, Internet., valid up to 4 people.
From 5 persons, 7€ per additional person per night.
Bed and bath linen, and final cleaning extra. Deposit: 450 Euro.
Arrival on Saturday but flexible.
From October till June, it is also possible to rent the house for one or more months. Please contact us for the special conditions.
 
Cancellation:
If the leaseholder wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the leaseholder must always confirm this by e-mail to the homeowner (even if this has already been communicated to the homeowner by telephone, for example).The homeowner charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the leaseholder :
• Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price is due.
• cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price is due.
• cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price is due.

If the leaseholder only informs on the beginning date or during the rental period that he will not make (more) use of the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
