After 30  years in the travel industry, I know the feeling that you enter somewhere and think YESSS.. Well booked...

I wanted to translate this in my holiday apartment. With 140 m2 wonderfully spacious and a 200-meter  walk from the beach and close to the attractive Spanish village of San Pedro de Alcantara and the world-famous port of Puerto Banus. (1 and 2 turns back respectively)  

All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. We also offer luxury box spring beds, Sonos music system, Nespresso machine, beautiful wine glasses, spacious towels, professionally cleaned bed linen, 2 beach towels p.p., beach baskets, bags, cool box, extensive and fresh kitchen equipment, complete kitchen appliances, Smart LG TV with built-in chrome cast (you can watch everything you watch at home), hair dryer, books and games.

The terrace (South)  is a wonderful place to stay with (extendable) dining table, a sitting area and lounge bed with a view of the gardens, the quiet swimming pool and a perfect sun orientation all year round. In winter and spring / autumn the sun on the terrace and high summer a comfortable cool apartment due to the high sun position. Ideal.  

We have already received feedback from many people that they have never eaten out so little, but rather enjoyed coming home after a day at the beach. A lot of attention has been paid to hygiene and atmosphere details and we hope to attract tenants who can appreciate this and enjoy these small details and the cozy 'home away from home' atmosphere.  

The complex El Presidente is located beach front at the large and quiet beach Atalaya Isdabe with the well-known quiet beach club Salduna. An ideal place for beach lovers.  Make no mistake about the location when you read Estepona. El Presidente is in the postcode area of Estepona but is the closest to:  Marbella locations such as Puerto Banus, San Pedro de Alcantara, Golden Mile and the golf valley of Nueva Andalucia. The town of Estepona is 10 minutes to the west and the Old Town of Marbella 10 minutes in the other direction. Since 2024, the boulevard has been ready from the complex and both cities are also doable by bicycle. A very central location and also near the beach!     

The entire complex is set up in low-rise Moorish/Andalusian Alhambra style and is known for its unique atmosphere with beautiful gardens, fountains and water features and the real holiday feeling. There are 5 swimming pools including the spectacular LAGUNE pool with a large separate children's pool. 
  
The swimming pool at our apartment is wonderfully quiet and has a good sun position and out of the wind. Of the other 4 swimming pools, 1 is heated all year round at 28 degrees so that you can swim your laps without goosebumps even in winter. At all pools, the sunbathing areas are spacious and well equipped with sunbeds and it is never overcrowded.  During the high season, lifeguards are present at all pools. The 5 tennis courts and the multi-sports field are well maintained and free to use. 

The peace and holiday atmosphere in the complex is monitored and noisy groups are therefore not allowed. In the summer holidays there is youth of all ages with their families, outside it is an oasis of peace and relaxation. For golfers, this location is an ideal base with no less than 50 courses in the vicinity. Atalaya across the road and Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha, La Quinta, Los Arqueros, Magna, Guadalmina, Los Almendros etc within a 5-10 minute drive)
  
For active holidaymakers , the possibilities are too many to mention:  
*Malaga with a Dutch private guide  
-Secret Picnic (info on request) 
* Visit Old Marbella with its historic center, eat the tastiest churros with chocolate sauce at the orange square and visit the atmospheric boulevard
*Cycle along the coast from San Pedro to Marbella and take the catamaran back or cycle to Estepona in an hour on the newly finished boardwalk from the complex. 
* Whale and dolphin watching in Jul/Aug near Tarifa combined with a visit to this special  chill out Ibiza style town with a surfers atmosphere.  
* Discover the white villages in the interior.
*Take one of the most special hikes (see: Caminito del Rey!!)
*Ronda and its special history, bullring, and pure local products.
*Plan a trip to the artists' village of Casares  , climb up to the uniquely situated cemetery, get the best chorizo at the butcher and have lunch at a Venta on the way back.
*Watch a polo match (in season) in Sotogrande 
*Quad tour
* Visit the famous (flea) markets
