There is a lot of privacy, you hardly see your neighbors and you wake up in the morning with the birds and in the evening you hear frogs croaking.
From early December to early April you can even take a day trip from here to go skiing in the Sierra Nevada!
In a radius of 5-10 minutes from the apartment there are many supermarkets, the most beautiful golf courses and the most wonderful beaches and beach clubs.
