The spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious terrace is located in a quiet area, 8 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of Elviria and its commercial center, in the residential complex "Residencial La Floresta de la Mairena". The small-scale, low-rise complex contains only 15 apartments and has only 3 floors. It has an elevator, swimming pool and a communal garden. Light and space have been optimised. The view is breathtaking.

The spectacular setting around the complex has been declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, due to the richness and beauty of the forests of cork oaks and pines. This and the fantastic view of the sea, makes it a dreamy place. In the vicinity there is something for everyone. Marbella with the beautiful promenade, the authentic old Marbella (Old Town), the exclusive marina Puerto Banús, ... all great places! Beautiful beaches with cozy chiringuitos, beach clubs including the famous Nikki Beach Club, restaurants... All a stone's throw from the apartment. The complex is located on two of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol, La Cala and Santa Maria. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
