The spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious terrace is located in a quiet area, 8 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of Elviria and its commercial center, in the residential complex "Residencial La Floresta de la Mairena". The small-scale, low-rise complex contains only 15 apartments and has only 3 floors. It has a lift, swimming pool and a communal garden. Light and space have been optimised. The view is breathtaking.

The spectacular area around the complex has been declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, due to the richness and beauty of its forests of cork oaks and pines. This, and the fantastic view of the sea, makes it a dreamy place. There is something for everyone in the vicinity. Marbella with its beautiful promenade, the authentic old Marbella (Old Town), the exclusive marina Puerto Banús, ... all great places! Beautiful beaches with accompanying cozy chiringuitos, beach clubs including the famous Nikki Beach Club, restaurants...all a stone's throw from the apartment. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
