Explanation of prices

You can check in personally or via a key box at the house:
# Check-in from 4:00 PM
personal reception is possible between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM / afterwards via a key box.
# Check-out before 10:00 am

Electricity and water:
The stay includes electricity (with normal use) and water.
In case of extreme use of electricity, we will settle this in consultation with the deposit. But we assume that you are conscious about this and do not leave the air conditioning on when you leave or with the windows open.

Mandatory registration of tenants
According to Spanish law, we must register all guests over 14 years old with the Junta de Andalucia (Hospedajes).
We therefore request that you provide a copy of ID/Passport for all guests over the age of 14 at least 1 week in advance.
