You are welcome in our three-storey Spanish holiday home "Altos del Golf" located in the south of Andalusia.
The large beach and the adjacent nice harbor of "La Duquesa" are close by and easily accessible.
Gibraltar and Sotogrande are not far away and are definitely worth a day trip. Altos del Golf is adjacent to the golf course of "La Duquesa Golf".
The holiday home is surrounded by well-kept gardens and has seating and garden furniture on both sides of the house. Private sunbeds are also at your disposal on the roof terrace with outdoor shower.
On the entrance side of the house is a spacious open kitchen with an adjoining dining area for 6 people.
The pool side of the house is a comfortable and spacious sitting area with fireplace. This living space also features a 50 inch smart TV and a heat/cold air conditioning unit.
On the first and second floors are the bedrooms, bathrooms, a balcony and the roof terrace.
The master bedroom has a private balcony, an Ikea double bed (180*200) and a dressing room with mirror cabinet.
In each of the other two bedrooms there are two separate 1-person Ikea beds (90*200).
All three bedrooms have their own bathroom and heat/cold air conditioning unit.
There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms of the holiday home Altos del Golf.
The house is also equipped with many conveniences. For example, there is a Bosch washer/dryer combination on the 2nd floor. You can park your car in front of the door in the private covered parking lot. The kitchen is complete and fully electric and has a Nespresso, for example. There are also water toys for the pool and there is a camping (baby) bed and a raised baby/child high chair.
Directly behind the house is a beautiful nature reserve with nice walking and cycling routes.
The BBQ is ready in front of the pool.
