You are very welcome in our three-storey Spanish holiday home "Altos del Golf" located near Manilva and Puerto La Duquesa in the south of Andalusia.

The large beach and the adjacent nice harbor of "La Duquesa" are close by and easily accessible.
Gibraltar and Sotogrande are also not far away and are worth a day trip.
Altos del Golf is adjacent to the golf course of "La Duquesa Golf".
The holiday home Altos del Golf is part of a small-scale complex of white Town Houses with beautifully maintained gardens and two shared swimming pools. On both sides of our house there is a terrace with private seating. Private sunbeds are also at your disposal and are on the roof terrace.
On the entrance side of the house is a spacious open kitchen with adjoining dining area for 6 people and 1 baby.
The pool side of the house has a comfortable and spacious sitting area with fireplace. This living space also features a 50 inch smart TV and a heat/cold air conditioning unit.
On the first and second floors are the bedrooms that are intended for up to 6 people and 1 baby. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The roof terrace is spacious and has views on both sides and also has an outdoor rain shower.
The master bedroom has a private balcony, an Ikea double bed (180*200) and a dressing room with mirror cabinet.
In each of the other two bedrooms there are two separate 1-person Ikea beds (90*200).
All three bedrooms and the living room have a hot and cold air conditioning unit.
There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms of the holiday home Altos del Golf.
The house is also equipped with many conveniences. For example, there is a Bosch washer/dryer combination on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is complete and fully electric and has, for example, a Nespresso coffee maker. There are also water toys for the swimming pool, there is a camping (baby) bed and there is a baby/child high chair available.
Directly behind the house is a beautiful nature reserve with nice walking and cycling routes.
