Tasteful Malaga Beach House (4-5p), in the most beautiful areas of Malaga: Pedregalejo. Parking, restaurants and (child-friendly) beach at 50m. Ideal for a family with 1 2 or 3 children.

The house is located on the ground floor. Or as it is called in Spain a “casa mata”. On the ground floor:

2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bath and a separate luxury rain shower, a separate toilet and a luxury kitchen.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, blender, hand blender and food processor. In addition, there is a separate tap for filtered drinking water, so no lugging water bottles ;-) On arrival, the luxury coffee machine is filled with coffee beans. Enjoy a delicious fresh cup of coffee on the lovely patio or on the chill out spot on the roof terrace, with sea view.

Bedrooms:
Two rooms with new comfortable mattresses. Both the 'fisherman' room and the 'surf' room have two single beds of 80 x 200, which can also be made into a double bed. incl. 1 camping bed.

Air Conditioning: In each bedroom and the living room.

WIFI: Good Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. High speed internet (100 mbs download and upload)

Patio:
From the kitchen you enter a spacious patio (backyard). Equipped with a cozy sitting area, an outdoor shower with hot water and a washing machine & dryer.

Roof terrace: From the patio we go up the stairs to an incredible private terrace (50m2). On the roof terrace there is an outdoor kitchen, a large dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, a bbq and a chill corner, where you can enjoy the sun , with sea view. Half of the roof terrace is covered with an attractive pergola, so that you can also seek shade.

*For the little ones*
Present: Camping cot, changing table, high chair, inflatable swimming pool, bucket with shovel.

Good to know: Our house is located on a car-free road, which connects directly to the boulevard and then the beach. So in 2 minutes you are in the big sandbox for the kids ;-) Child-friendly bays have been made, so that you have shallow water.
And within a 5-minute walk you have a child-friendly beach with all kinds of play equipment, such as swings and a slide.

The entire house is at your disposal and everything is ready for your stay: beds ready and a set of towels for each person. Includes fresh drinking water. Unlimited fresh coffee and tea.

Pedregalejo is a unique beach district in Malaga. Known for its relaxed beaches and pleasant boulevard with nice hip and authentic eateries. Enjoy grilled sardines in front of your door, which are prepared in a bbq boat on the beach.

Within walking distance supermarket, greengrocer, butcher, covered food market in El Palo, local market on the boulevard (every Saturday), bicycle rental, bus stop.
