Casa Las Cuevas-El Palo

Casa Las Cuevas-El Palo is a cozy and unique house with garden in the old fishing district of Málaga, El Palo. In 2023 it was completely renovated without losing the authentic atmosphere. It is quietly located, yet a very short walk (8 minutes) from the boulevard and the sea, restaurants, bars and shops.
The cottage of 60m2 in total has a large bedroom with king-size bed and a lockable box bed with a double bed that is accessible via a few steps from the large bedroom.
The living room and open kitchen are light due to the two indoor patios in the house. There is a washing machine on one of these patios.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker for Nespresso cups, milk frother, kettle and electric grill. And of course all the other basic supplies...even the herbs are ready for you!
The living room has a cozy round table with 4 rattan chairs. There is a smart TV, a cupboard with books and a sofa full of cushions to relax.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, sink and toilet, towels, shampoo and shower gel.
On the other side of the front door, you only have to cross the sidewalk, you will find the large outdoor patio of 25 m2 with a deeper garden with a large fig tree behind it. Because no cars can drive through the street, it is safe and quiet here.
The house is equipped with fast fiber optic internet.
There is air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
Parking is available in the streets around the house.
El Palo is a lively area with many shops, restaurants and bars. The boulevard is especially busy on weekends and during the summer months. At the many beach bars you can eat freshly grilled sardines (espeto de sardinas), Málaga's specialty!
to visit the center of Málaga, you can very well take the bus. This leaves every 10 minutes from the stop in front of the church, 7 minutes from the house.
