Just 2.7 km from La Cala de Mijas and the white sandy beach, this bright and spacious apartment is situated on a hill with unobstructed views of the sea, the evergreen golf courses of Calanova Golf and the skyline of La Cala. The apartment of 100m has a 50m2 sunny terrace on the south with plenty of shade due to the canopy and pergola.
The apartment is modern, comfortable and very complete and attractively furnished. The house is equipped with a silent air conditioning and underfloor heating. On the terrace there is an electric BBQ and here you can dine al-fresco at the large dining table. For the siesta there are nice sun beds or have a drink on the seat on the glass balustrade.
Our guests sleep on quality box spring beds. Bath towels, kitchen linen, beach towels and bed linen are included. For the little ones, a camping bed and a high chair are available on request. For a wash in between, there is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The apartment is delivered very clean on arrival, there are hand soap pumps and toilet paper available and cleaning products for interim cleaning.
There is a fast Wi-Fi connection and you can stream all your favorite radio/TV programs from your own provider to the smart TV.
The exclusive La Cala Hill Club is a gated community with 167 apartments, 3 swimming pools, saunas, chill-out area, gym (free if booked) and a large communal garden.
Here you will find peace and quiet and yet all necessary amenities and cosiness can be reached within 5 minutes by car, such as in La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda and within fifteen minutes Fuengirola and Marbella.
Malaga airport is only a 30-minute drive away.
Calanova Golf Club (18 holes) is located right in front of the complex and has an excellent restaurant with a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy lunch and dinner as well as a breakfast buffet. Non-golfers are also welcome here. There is also a large golf shop here. This area is an Eldorado for golfers with many golf courses in the area including the three 18-hole courses at La Cala Golf, La Noria, Santana and Chaparral and Lauro golf at 25 minutes. Of course also many courses around Marbella and Estepona.
